Philadelphia canceled its Fourth of July parade entirely.
Trump addressed the heat directly during Wednesday’s dedication of the Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library in Medora, North Dakota, saying it would be “approximately 107 degrees” on the Mall and adding he planned to give “a really long speech just to show that I can do anything.”
